Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

AK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Customers must ensure the item is securely packed before pickup or shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Subject to stock availability, customers may request:

Exchange requests must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • AK may arrange reverse pickup depending on service availability.
  • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will fall under the return policy instead.
