  1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or processed for dispatch.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.
  • Provide your order number and registered contact details.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

  1. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

AK reserves the right to:

  • Restrict COD services for customers with repeated order cancellations or refusals.
  • Request prepaid payment for future orders in case of suspicious or repeated cancellations.

  1. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery if the product is eligible for return.

  1. Cancellation by AK

AK reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Logistics or delivery limitations

In such cases, customers will be notified, and eligible refunds will be initiated where applicable.

  1. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Typical timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

AK is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

  1. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, modification requests such as:

  • Change of address
  • Product changes
  • Size changes
  • Contact number updates

may not always be possible after order processing has started.

Customers should contact support immediately for assistance.

  1. Fraud Prevention

AK reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests suspected to be fraudulent
  • Block accounts involved in repeated abuse of cancellation policies
  • Limit future purchase options where necessary
